1: Safety Features
A unique double safety bowl lock, with an audible bowl clip plus a safety detent when pressurised, makes it impossible to remove the bowl when in use.
2: Easy to use Shut-off Valves
The robust shut-off valve is controlled via a large rotating knob to allow easy isolation of downstream systems with no reduction in performance. Additionally, the pop-up padlock feature allows the valve to be locked in the closed position.
3: Best in class filtration
General Purpose Filters (water and particulate) have better than 95% water extraction at 100% flow. High performance Coalescing Filters (oil aerosol removal) & Activated Carbon Filters (oil vapour removal) are also available. Filter bowl design is optimised for easy filter maintenance and replacement.
4: Regulator Performance
Excelon Plus Regulators offer a choice of adjustment mechanism with knob for up to 10bar and T-bar for high pressure applications. Also supplied with a large, integrated pressure gauge that fits in the body of the regulator as standard to prevent any accidental damage.
6: Energy Saving
Regulator bonnet can be locked once required pressure is set to prevent tampering or unnecessary adjustments. Running systems at higher pressures than required can lead to higher running costs.
7: Pioneering Lubrication
Our Micro-Fog lubricator design creating very fine mist particles (less than 2 micron) is still the best in the industry after more than 30 years and is used in the Excelon Plus series. This is particularly suited for complex air pathways and small rapidly moving applications.
8: Help to comply with European Machineries Directive
Electrically operated Control Valves also known as Soft start dump valves allow gradual increase of pressure on start up with dump function allowing quick exhaustion of system in the event of a power failure or emergency.
